HISTORY OF US
Brothers Chris and Pat Person
grew up in the restaurant
business, working at their mother’s restaurant, Adrian’s (1975).
1975
In 1988, the two brothers opened the renowned Tav on the Ave, formerly known as the Stone Toad, which became Mankato's first tavern to introduce Buffalo wings.
1988
In 2005, the Persons joined forces with O'Hara (former Tav server) to launch Dino's New York Style Pizzeria. Their other well-known restaurants followed after.
